We slaughter and wholesale high-quality Wagyu beef that is not available on the market from contracted farms upon order. We can flexibly accommodate cut standards, temperature control (refrigerated or frozen), delivery conditions, and cut specifications. We also provide promotional items and sales support from manufacturers.

Treatment area

We handle all parts of the cow, including full sets, shoulder loin, top cut, kite, rib eye, sirloin, fillet, triangular belly, brisket, inner belly, outer belly, top chisel, flank, rump, rump, belly cheek, round belly, turtleneck, shin shin, top triangular belly, outer thigh, habaki, striped belly, shank, neck and innards.

Clean and Spacious Cattle Sheds

Our cattle sheds are always kept clean and well-maintained. Unlike typical cattle sheds that often have limited space, resulting in narrow personal space for the cattle, our sheds are spacious, reducing the risk of cattle coming into contact with each other. This spacious environment eliminates the need to trim the cattle's horns, allowing them to live stress-free. Additionally, there is no concern about the risk of infections from wounds.

Wagyu Olympics Victory

The Wagyu Olympics, held every five years, is a nationwide competition that gathers the finest Wagyu cattle from across Japan to showcase their breeding improvements and excellence. Officially known as the "National Wagyu Exhibition," it is also referred to as the "Wagyu Olympics." The competition is divided into two main categories: the "Breeding Bull Division" (Sections 1 to 6), where the appearance and conformation of bulls and cows are evaluated based on their age, and the "Meat Quality Division" (Sections 7 and 8), where the quality of the meat is assessed. Outstanding cattle selected from each prefecture compete to demonstrate the results of their breeding improvements.

Miyazaki Wagyu has won the highest award, the Prime Minister's Award, in 2007, 2012, 2017, and again in 2022, making it the first brand in history to achieve four consecutive championships.

Service track record​

Miyazaki Wagyu was served at the 96th Academy Awards after-party, the Governors Ball, this year. The tradition of serving Miyazaki Wagyu at the Academy Awards after-party began in 2018 (90th Academy Awards), and this year marks the sixth time it has been provided by our council, excluding the COVID-19 pandemic years. Miyazaki Wagyu, known for its melt-in-your-mouth marbling and sweet, rich aroma, is enjoyed by numerous global stars each year and receives high praise. Wolfgang Puck, the official chef of the Academy Awards, has lauded it, saying, "There is nothing that surpasses Miyazaki Wagyu, and more people around the world should know about it." Additionally, Miyazaki Wagyu is presented to the champion sumo wrestler at every Grand Sumo Tournament.
