WAGYU FLEX is a private Wagyu specialty store selling Japan's top-quality Wagyu beef, "Miyazaki Wagyu" (winner of the Wagyu Olympics in 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2022). Our Mission

Internationally, people often do not understand the true value of Wagyu or how it differs from other meats. Additionally, producers face the issue of not knowing where and by whom their Wagyu is consumed, and customers often face problems with product counterfeiting and the opaque online purchasing process, which can lead to disappointment. Therefore, I embarked on a mission to redefine this process. By forming strong partnerships with Japan's top Wagyu producers and importing directly from the farms, I have meticulously curated an exceptional selection by tasting various cuts.
