How is the meat delivered?
All meat is freshly cut, vacuum-packed, and flash-frozen to maintain quality. Freezing does not diminish the quality at all. For thawing instructions, please refer to our cooking tips.

How is the delivery handled?
Delivery is handled by SCG Express using their cool transport service (-15°) and is shipped throughout Thailand.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
WAGYU FLEX aims to provide the highest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. We will address your concerns and provide an appropriate solution if necessary.

Can I return my order?
All sales are final. Once the product has been manufactured, returns and exchanges are not possible. Refunds may be available under certain circumstances. As our products are perishable, returns are not possible unless requested. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.

How should I cook the steak?

How long can the meat be stored in the refrigerator or freezer?
After thawing, it is not recommended to keep the vacuum-packed meat in the refrigerator for more than 5 days. Steaks can be safely frozen for up to 6 months, but for the best taste, it is recommended to consume them within 3 months.

Where do you source your meat from?
We have a contract with the Miyazaki beef production farm "Kashiwabara Ranch" and source all our meat directly from the farm. For more information about the farm, please refer to our Contract Ranch page.
